- The object of the acquisition is the ICT basic information technology services of AEL-Amiedu Oy (Customer or Taitotalo). The main goal is a reliably functioning, cost-effective and unified ICT environment and an operating model where Taitopalo is able to utilize the supplier's expertise in daily ICT servicesin organizing in accordance with Taitalo's vision and goals.
The procurement covers the following services:
1. Server platform capacity and monitoring and management services
2. Telecommunication services
3. End User Services
4. Terminal environment lifecycle services
5. Application management and monitoringlevels
6. Service management.
The customer can also acquire ICT expert and development services and equipment during the contract period. However, the subscriber has no obligation to acquire the aforementioned services or equipment.
The aim of the acquisition is to start during the spring of 2024.
Participateattached to the request are appendices B (ESPD instructions) and C (Preliminary request for tender).
The preliminary draft of the following documents is attached to the preliminary request for tender:
- Invitation to negotiate (appendix D) and Framework contract draft (appendix E)
- Appendices 3, 6, 6.1, 8 of the request for tender , 9, 9.3, 10, 10.2 and 11
