• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is a project portfolio tool locally installed (On Premises), which enables the management of program and project activities. The aim of the acquisition is to tender the software: • Supports the current and evolving project portfolio and programs management as well as • Reduces the amount of manual work related to processes and reporting. • The procured system solution and the supplier's operations must meet the data security requirements of classified information. • In addition, the system also supports the work of an external project manager in the implementation, monitoring and termination phases of the project. The details of the acquisition are described in Appendix 1, Description of the object of acquisition. Basically, the goal is to acquire ready-made software that is possible configure according to HVK's requirements and needs. Contract period: The contract is valid for a fixed period of four (4) years. In addition, the contract also includes (2) two one (1) year option periods, the implementation of which is decided by the Subscriber separately. In return for a confidentiality commitment, the candidate will be provided with: 1. Request for quotation 2. Description of the object of acquisition 3. RACI 4. Reference form (returnable) 5.
