- The welfare area of Laensi-Uusimaa (later also the Client) requests offers for the purchase of short courses and professional qualification training. The procurement is carried out as a dynamic supplier register, which means a procedure planned by the procurement unit itself, in accordance with the principles of the Procurement Actfor acquiring the targeted services. The welfare area of Laensi-Uusimaa selects all Service Providers who meet the requirements set by this request for participation and the attachments to this request for participation to the dynamic supplier register. Purchases made within the framework of the agreement are ordereddepending on the value of the purchase, either in accordance with the order of priority or as a simplified competition (so-called mini-competition). A more detailed description of the procurement procedure can be found in appendix 1.1 "Description of the procurement procedure" of the request for participation. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Procurementdescription of the object". The contract period is valid until further notice. The welfare region of Laensi-Uusimaa does not commit to specific procurement quantities during the contract period.
