- The Helsinki Metropolitan Area Kaupunkijne Oy (hereinafter referred to as KaKet traffic or Kloy) acquires this tendering for the information security control services of the public transport infrastructure environment (OT SOC) and the City of Helsinki Transport Rolling Department (HKL). The contracting entities are thus the Helsinki Metropolitan Area City Transport Oy (Kloy) and the City of Helsinki Transport Industry (HKL). Kloy handles tendering for both procurement entities. Both contracting entities make their own procurement decision, but sign a joint contract with the selected supplier. For clarification, it is stated that KLOY represents all subscribers on matters related to the service under the agreement. The subscribers' production environment requires the OT SOC to be advanced, modern, and high -quality technologies, hardware, software, services and methods for information security management, control and implementation. The service to be acquired at first will focus on monitoring of operational networks and most critical nodes and subliefs (so-called PURDUE levels 2.5-3.5).
