- Description:
- The Regional Government of the Paijat-Hame Welfare Area has decided to launch an external storage and filling service. The subject of the acquisition will be tendered for public procurement and access agreements (1397/2016 "Procurement Act") under Article 34-35as a negotiation procedure. This notification is not a invitation to tender but a request for participation in the negotiation procedure. The service must meet the mandatory minimum requirements specified in the request for participation and cannot be negotiated. The minimum requirements are described in Annex 2. Other than participationThe minimum requirements set out in the IPPs documents may be negotiated with the tenderers selected for the negotiations. The subject of the acquisition and the procurement procedure are described in more detail by the request for participation and the documents attached to it. Based on tenderingSelects one service provider to be responsible for the implementation of the external storage and filling service in the Paijat-Hame welfare area. The acquisition will be tendered so that the agreement to be signed is signed by June 1, 2026 and the actual service production begins on 1.1.2027.
