Description:
This is an overall contract where the contractor acts as the main contractor in the project and as the main implementer within the meaning of the legislation (Rakvnp). The construction contract is a total price contract including construction and demolition work with materials fully completed according to the documents of the invitation to tender. ContractThe item is described in more detail in the procurement documents, especially in the contract program. The estimated start -up time of the contract will be in August 2025. It must be possible to implement the contract by 31.12.2025. The subscriber calculates the carbon footprint for the contract. The selected contractor is obliged to provide carbon footprint calculationThe required source information for each calendar year separately before receiving the contract. The subscriber selects one (1) contractor with whom to make an agreement. The agreement begins with the signing of the contract and shall be valid until the contractual obligations have been passed on on both sides. Agreementcomply with the YSE 1998 conditions and is signed in the spring of 2025.
