- The construction contract includes the renovation of the operating water and sewerage systems of the Bank of Finland's Vantaa office (building part 1). The hot water and sewerage pipes of the Vantaa property are mainly original in the late 1970s. Waterproofing waterproofing is partially originalIn the late 1970s. Renovation of the hot water and sewerage systems will be renewed all original hot water pipes and sewerage pipes on the west side of the administrative building (building part 1) or the inside of the sewerage pipes by coating. The building contract is a total price contract including construction and materials fully completed according to the documentation of the invitation to tender. The questionas an overall contract where the contractor acts as the main contractor in the project and as the main implementer within the meaning of the legislation (Rakvnp). The object of the contract is described in more detail in the procurement documents, in particular the contract program. The subscriber selects one (1) contractor with whom the contract is concluded. Agreement beginsand is valid until the contract obligations have been passed on on both sides. The agreement will comply with the YSE 1998 conditions and will be signed in April 2025.
