Description:
This is an overall contract where the contractor acts as the main contractor in the project and as the main implementer within the meaning of the legislation (Rakvnp). The construction contract is a total price contract including construction and demolition work with materials fully completed according to the documents of the invitation to tender. ContractThe item is described in more detail in the procurement documents, especially in the contract program. The estimated start -up time of the contract is in August 2025.The total contract price and in 2027 35% of the total contract price. The subscriber calculates the carbon footprint for the contract. The selected contractor is obliged to provide the initial data required for the calculation of the carbon footprint for each calendar year separately before receiving the contract by the subscriberfor the calculation templates. The subscriber selects one (1) contractor with whom the contract is made. The agreement begins with the signing of the contract and shall be valid until the contractual obligations have been passed on on both sides. Agreement complies with YSE 1998 and is signed in the spring2025.
