- The welfare area of Lansi-Uusimaa (later separately also the "Client" or "Procurement Unit") requests candidates to send an application for participation in the competitive negotiation procedure for the technology procurement of safety assistance in accordance with this request for participation and its appendices.
The object of the acquisition is Technology to be taken home by the residents of Lansi Uusimaa, the security alarm center system as a software service, and the introduction of the system and technology to the welfare area of Lansi Uusimaa. The scope of the acquisition also includes continuous services, support and maintenance services, and maintenance services. Acquisition the object's content, boundaries and more detailed requirements will be specified during the procurement procedure.
The purchase service has covered both the security technology in use and helper services. Also installation service and the equipment pick-up service is included in the package. The security assistance service is to be repatriated as a separate activity of the welfare region of Western Uusimaa during 2026 and to be incorporated into the future situation center operations. The goal of the procurement is to enable the repatriation of the security assistance service to Western Uusimaa to the welfare area in such a way that the operation is carried out entirely as its own operation from January 2027. It is intended to be implemented in stages from Q4/2026 to ensure a safe transition.
