Description:
The Bank of Finland (hereinafter referred to as "contracting entity" or "subscriber") requests applications for participation in accordance with the contract notice published in the Hilma notification channel and its annexes. At this stage, the contracting entity only expects applications for participation and only the tenderers selected for the participants are requested by a separate invitation and security services, as well as security support services in its entire area of operation in Finland. There is no separate exploration of real estate or destinations. Parts offers are not allowed because it is a critical service for the operation of the contracting entity, which is not possible to divide into parts of safety aspects. Alternative or parallel bids are not allowed. Some of the attachment documents of the invitation to tender contain confidential information under the Publicity Act.
