- PARTICIPATION REQUEST AND PROCUREMENT OBJECT
The subject of the acquisition is the service and maintenance services of VTT's physical access control systems, access control, locking and the Traka electronic key cabinet system, as well as their system extensions and new ones compatible with existing systems procurement of equipment. The basic principle of the systems is one unified entity per system, which has centralized management and covers VTT's sites nationwide. The systems contain hardware implementations of different sizes and ages. Note More detailed system and device information will be given to bidders by encrypted e-mail against a non-disclosure agreement when the request for bids has been published.
The request for participation concerns the procurement package (Physical access management system service and maintenance services and installation and delivery services package), which includes the following areas 1-3:
1. Access control system service and maintenance services as well as delivery and installation services
a) Option (mandatory): A tool for data analysis of physical security systems
2. Locking and Traka system service and maintenance services as well as delivery and installation services
3. Option (optional): Complete renewal of the electronic key cabinet system
