Description:
Sansia Oy establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for small medical devices. The customers involved in the procurement are the welfare regions of North Savo, Etela Savo, North Karelia (henceforth HVA) and Servica Oy.
The target of the procurement is small medical devices for healthcare andequipment-related accessories and maintenance services. The medical small devices of this dynamic supply system (DPS) are: blood pressure monitors, fever monitors, oxygen flow meters, patient scales, suction devices and pulse oximeters and infusion machines.
Dynamic supply systemin internal tenders, the products to be tendered and the places of use in welfare areas are specified.
Sansia Oy accepts all applicants who have submitted an application for participation and who meet the suitability requirements set for bidders into the system. Purchases are made according to the dynamic procurement system sfather with separate requests for quotations. The dynamic procurement system ends on 31 December 2028.
During the establishment of the dynamic procurement system, at least 30 days have been reserved for submitting the application for participation from the day the procurement notice has been sent for publication. During the establishment phaseit is not possible to conduct tenders within the dynamic procurement system. The procurement phase will begin in January 2024, and the first procurements are planned to be carried out in 2024.
