• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the superstructure, gears, track equipment and equipment, substructure and substructure of the maintenance area 12 ((Oulu) - Lapland) tracks, as well as railway areas, traffic places and outdoor areas, rail traffic control and maintenance of safety device systems and buildings for the period 1.11.2026 - 31.10.2031. The procurement also includes the maintenance of the gear heaters in maintenance area 12 from 1 January 2027 to 31 October 2031, as well as maintenance tasks related to bridges and drums to the extent described in the tender documents. The services to be procured cover fault and malfunction emergency services. Maintenance area 12, which is the subject of acquisition, includes the railway section 2280 Tornio-raja - Haaparanta north, which crosses the state border.
