Description:
The acquisition focuses on the operational and technical improvement of Zacharias Topeliusskolan as a collaborative project management contract. The renovation covers the entire building and the yard. The project is 3774 brm2, 2549 htm2 and 1642 smile. The plot is 8970 m2, building rights 3300m2 and floor area of the building 3401 chem2. The yard area is approximately 4845 m2. The work includes renewing the roof of the building, repairing facades, windows and exterior doors, renewing the midsole, renewing floor structures, and installing the underfloor radon pipingin connection with. Building technology is modernized and new IV engine rooms will be built on the attic and ground floor. The heat, water and sewerage systems are partially renewed and the electrical systems are updated to modern.
