Description:
The municipality of Siilinjarvi requests offers for expert services aimed at personal customers, which support employment, career planning and entrepreneurship. The services are aimed at personal customers who benefit from individual guidance and skills development as part of employment support services. The procurement includes four service components: Motivation profile helps the customer identify their own motivational factors, strengths, interests and career aspirations. The result is a summary and recommendations for the next path. Competence mapping to find out the customer's competence, strengths and development needs and guides to appropriate training and work opportunities. The service includes at least three meetings and a summary report. Expert lecture inspiring, inclusive and practical expert lecture (45 60 min) on job search, skill development, motivation and on the themes of well-being. Sparring for a starting entrepreneur - personal sparring service for customers who are starting or planning a business. Contains at least three meetings and material or an online platform that supports entrepreneurship. The services can be implemented remotely or locally. The service provider always reports on the implementation to the customer. Customer-specific service orders are made based on the needs assessed together by the municipality and the customer.
