- The Northern Ostrobothnia Association requests offers from artists and creative professionals to the sum of their parts: a place-based work series to implement an art pilot in Siikajoki, Pyhännä, Raahe, Ylivieska, Reisjärvi and Pyhäjärvi. The sum of their parts The art pilot is a cross -art series related to the nature theme, promoting inclusion and sustainable development. Its different, complementary and environmental parts can be found in different municipalities in the pilot. The end result may be, for example, environmental art, mural or graffiti. The locations of the works are selected by participating in the municipalities, but they must be in public space and be experienced even after the pilot.
