Description:
The HUS Group (hereinafter the HUS or Subscriber) is preparing a tender for the organization of recovery services. With this announcement, we are looking for service providers on the market that provide such service.that the recovery of pay claims. The service includes eg. Sending payment requirements (HUS sends payment reminders), assessment of the success/need for legal recovery (review of the debtor customer) and, if necessaryrelated actions.
The service provider must have an online service that HUS as a subscriber can be accessed. Through the online service, it is possible for the subscriber to monitor recovery assignments. Reporting and communication between contract partners will also occur mainly through the online service. Service providerCustomer service should be provided to both the customer and the debtor customers.
HUS emphasizes that the service provider should comply with both the recovery of the law and the good recovery method in his recovery activities. The acquisition ensures the functioning of the administration and the organization of services. We are looking for one service providerto be responsible for overall responsibility for the service.
