Pohjois-Karelia procurement is preparing a service for young jobseekers for the employment area of North Karelia. This is a social and health service procurement under the national thresholdThe target group is young jobseekers under the age of 30 in the North Karelia employment area, primarily those who need work that need: - Supporting their own skills to visible and marketing - possibly supplementing or updating their professional skills, eg permit cards. TrainingThere must be no qualification targets-individual support for job search and search for a total of almost 4,000 jobseekers under the age of 30 in the North Karelia employment area, of which about 85 % are in the Joensuu region (data from March 2025). The aim of the service is to employ the target group of the service.Met contract periodThe start is planned for the autumn of 2025, and the contract period would last until the end of 2027. The subscriber has not yet determined whether one or more service providers will be selected. The subscriber wishes the service providers in the industry to suggest what kind of service the target group's jobseekers can accessto the desired goal.
