- The HUS Group (HUS) is preparing a tender for temperature charged meals. With this announcement, we are looking for suppliers/companies on the market with the aforementioned products.
HUS manufactures patient foods in the production kitchen with a short shelf with the Cook & Chill method.In the method, the food is prepared cold for customer -specific trays, trays are transported in a meal tray to the wards and a meal tray is placed in a temperature -chased wagon where the food remains cold until the automatic heating program heats the meal heated componentsFor serving temperature while maintaining cold meal components at the same time. The wagons must be connected to the telecommunications network to allow remote control.
