• The city planning of Lohja requests your offer for the survey of the nature values ​​of the objects located in the Lohja, Inkoo and Raasepor areas (see APPENDIX 1 and the attached location information) in relation to the Y12 IRL land use vision. The purpose of the procurement is to prepare nature assessment, which is sufficient for the preparation of the general plan. The procurement decision is made by the three municipalities together. The IRL land use vision is a joint general vision work of the hydrogen triangle of Inkoo, Raasepori and Lohja for land use in the vicinity of the municipal borders. a national hydrogen network is being planned nearby. The planning work examines the potential and suitability of the area designated for industrial activity. An industrial area can have several independent production facilities with a common infrastructure, structures and services. Regarding the survey area, it is intended to investigate whether potential nature values ​​set boundary conditions for the development of the area and how potential nature values ​​should be taken into account in land use planning. The area subject to the nature survey is located between Lohja and On the side of Raasepori, on the south side of the Hanko-Hyvinkää line and on the north side of Inkoo, in the area between Mustio and Virkkalantie (mt 112).
