• Description:
• The city of Hämeenlinna is asking for your offers regarding the renovation of the Idänpää activity center, which is part of the Hämeenlinna city group, including the renovation and space changes of the kindergarten, the current health center and the parish club facilities. Project will be implemented in two phases so that the daycare can continue as smoothly as possible. The renovation will be carried out as a total liability construction contract (KVR contract). This means that one general contractor is responsible for both design and construction. The goal of the model is to ensure smooth cooperation and a clear division of responsibilities throughout the entire contract. The renovation of the Idänpää daycare center, which consists of two buildings, will be done in stages. First, the Ylätalo will be renovated, including the facilities of the current health center. Work in the upper building, they will start in November-December 2026, and only after the upper building is finished will we move on to the renovation of the lower building at the end of 2027. The goal is that one of the buildings will be used by the daycare center at all times. This is in accordance with Procurement Act 1397/2016 a construction contract for which a tender is organized as an open procedure. The anticipated VAT-free value of the acquisition exceeds the national threshold value. The most economically advantageous solution is used as a basis for comparison, so that the weight of the price is 70p and the quality weight is 30p.
