• The procurement covers the year-round maintenance work of the public areas under the maintenance responsibility of the city of Lahti as a 6-year regional contract between October 1, 2026 and September 30, 2032. The contract is a project management contract with a target price. The contract starts from the moment the contract is signed. Belong to the contractor care management duties, procurement and care work according to the contract. The work according to the contract's product cards and/or contract program will start on October 1, 2026. The contract has not been divided into parts, as the contract's work is considered to form a whole, the division into parts by the procurement unit would be technical and unsuitable for financial reasons (Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements 1397/2016, §75). The City of Lahti's Urban Environment Service Area (subsequently the customer) requests from you (subsequently the bidder) an offer for the regional contract for the eastern area of ​​the city of Lahti, eastern regional contract 1.10.2026-30.9.2032.
