• The city of Hämeenlinna is asking for your offers regarding the renovation of the Lyseo's main building and the construction of the sports hall. The winner of the procurement will be the offer that meets the eligibility criteria and is the most economically advantageous. The overall economy is evaluated in relation to price and quality, where the weight of price is 30% and the weight of quality is 70% of the points. Procurement documents are available in the Request for Tender section: Attachments and Links. with a ceiling price (PJU-SR-Contract), where the contractor is responsible for the project management tasks, planning and construction. The designers have a contractual relationship with the contractor. In the contract, plans are developed in cooperation between the customer and user representatives with.
