Description:
The city of Hämeenlinna requests your offer for the contract procurement of solar power plants in accordance with this request for tender and the attached documents. There are a total of five (5) contract sites for which the procurement unit procures solar panels and their installation. The offer includes in addition to ready-to-use solar power plants, all work related to delivery and installation, such as bushings, inverters, electrical accessories, electrical work, enclosures, and site cleaning. The customer must be provided with sufficient user instructions and in Finnish instructions for use and technical information about the system. This is a construction contract in accordance with the Procurement Act 1397/2016, the expected value without value added tax exceeds the national threshold value, and the procurement is organized through a tendering process as an open procedure. The procurement is divided into 3 sub-areas, and 1 contract partner is selected per sub-area. 100% of the cheapest total price is used as the procurement comparison. The procurement contract starts at the earliest when the procurement decision becomes law and the contract can be signed. Solar panels are installed and ready for use, with all work completed by the end of September 2026.
