The subject of the procurement is IV works related to the maintenance and repairs of properties, construction technical works based on hourly billing, LVV works, Electrical work, IV sniffing and adjustments. It is a framework arrangement according to Procurement Act 1397/2016, for which a competition is organized as an open procedure. The main framework and terms of the framework arrangement are presented in this call for tenders and its appendix. For everyone the sub-area has its own contract draft attached to this request for tender. The main framework and conditions are described in the contract drafts. This is a service procurement that exceeds the EU threshold value, with an expected annual value without value added tax of approx. 1.72 million. €. In each sub-area, 4-8 offers that meet the eligibility criteria are selected.
