- Description:
- The city of Hämeenlinna is asking for your offers regarding the renovation of the Kotirinne daycare center. The contract is carried out as a total contract, the renovation is offered as a fixed-price total contract, which includes everything presented in the tender documents construction and building engineering works. This is a construction contract in accordance with Procurement Act 1397/2016, the expected value of which exceeds the national threshold. The most economically advantageous solution is used as a basis for comparison. Bidders will come to offer a binding total price. The bidder who offered the lowest overall price gets the maximum points of 70p, and the points of the other bidders are calculated in relation to the winner using the formula: lowest price/offered price* maximum points (70p). Quality points are evaluated separately, quality maximum points 30p. For the purpose of quality assessment, the procurement unit establishes a quality assessment board, which consists of experts from the procurement unit's facility services (3-4 people). The bidder's quality points are added to the price points preparation of the procurement decision. The time for the report negotiations is in the weeks 17-18.
