Description:
The city of Karkkila is looking for a tenant for the cafe of the Karkkila city museum cafe Pakari (hereafter Pakari) (Vanha Fagerkullantie).
The city of Karkkila is asking for quantitative offers for renting Pakari, so-called with a license agreement model in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. Offeredoaja must attach the plans for the business to be carried out and the services to be produced as detailed documents. In addition to cafe operations, the operation can also be other business operations, such as tourism and event operations.ksena.
The Karkkila-Hoegfors Workers' Museum and the museum cafe Pakari, managed by the city of Karkkila, are located in the Karkkila mining district, in the culturally historical Fagerkulla residential area. The 100-year-old residential area of Fagerkulla has become a significant place to visit in terms of its building architecture.
Workerin the museum area is located e.g. Fagerkulla Pihanaeyttaemoe, suitable for summer theater performances and the Kukulele festival. The courtyard stage is not included in the license agreement. There is a parking space next to the museum area.
