- Yle is requesting bids for the comprehensive implementation of stage production services for the summer event organized in Vantaa, which will be held at Tikkurila Urheilupuisto on May 29-31, 2026. Program:- Friday: Let's Play Pikku Kakkosta summer tour concert and Radio Suomen Summer Concert - Saturday: YleXPop - Sunday: Concert of the Radio Symphony Orchestra The target audience for the event is on average about 15,000 people per day. We are looking for a partner who is responsible for the design, construction and technical aspects of the stage production arrangements and dismantling. The implementation of the service takes place in close cooperation with a representative appointed by Yle, with the aim of creating unforgettable experiences for the public and supporting the production of the event's contents for different publishing platforms. we especially value experience from similar events, innovativeness, cost efficiency and the ability to implement a visually and technically impressive production.
