Description:
The Kainuu welfare district is building a new manufacturing kitchen in the area of the Kainuu Central Hospital. The total scope of the project is about 1700 brm2 and the useful area about 1340 useful m2. The building will be implemented as an extension of the existing logistics terminal (G building). The project also includes a new preparation kitchen necessary changes to the breast milk kitchen, additional storage and operational spaces for the distribution of nursing supplies and material services, as well as the yard areas surrounding the building.
The procurement included in this request for tenders includes the attached material of the request for tenders for the complete overall responsibility design of the new manufacturing kitchen and in accordance with the state program. The procurement includes the design and construction phase as well as the design tasks and the designer's supervision tasks during the warranty period. With total liability planning, the customer ensures in particular that
• responsibility for managing and coordinating the entire design work and the feasibility of the project with the approved cost estimate is unequivocal
• the delivery reliability and innovation ability of the design work are at an excellent level.
In the overall design, the customer enters into a design contract only with the main designer and the work group responsible for the overall responsibility design organizes its contractual and invoicing relationships internally as it sees fit. In the bidding process, the customer chooses the total responsibility design planning group that submitted the cheapest offer, which meets the minimum requirements set for the procurement.
