- Rautjarvi municipality's environment services are requesting bids for construction engineering work for the Rautjarvi municipal group for the years 2026 - 2028. The procurement organization includes Rautjarvi municipality, Rautjarven Vesi, Simpeleen Lampoe Oy and Rautjarven Vuokratalot Oy. Bids are requested from the following of types of work: 1. Construction work2. Painting work3. Auxiliary work4. Kilometer billing The contract period is two years + one option year (2+1). The contract period starts on 1 January 2026 and ends on 31 December 2027. The use of the possible option period (January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028) will be decided separately. Contract prices are fixed on 31 December 2026 until. The prices will be checked for the year 2027 and for the possible option year 2028 to correspond to the change in the cost level that occurred during the contract period. Price changes are calculated based on the change in the total index of the construction cost index (2021=100). The change is calculated from the January 2026 index as a starting value, which is compared to the latest available index. A maximum of 5 contractors will be selected for the framework contract from the bidders who meet the customer's requirements by the decision of the environment board of Rautjarvi municipality, based on the comparison criteria according to the tender request. During the contract period, we will be the first to ask bidder who performed best in the bid comparison. If, on the basis of the offer comparison, the first-placed bidder is unable to perform the requested work task, the second-placed bidder will be asked, etc. Regarding work performance, the Customer requests either his own bids or hourly billing criteria working...
