Description:
Rautjarvi municipality's environment services are requesting bids for HVAC technical work for the Rautjarvi municipal corporation for the years 2026 - 2028. The procurement organization includes Rautjarvi municipality, Rautjarven Vesi, Simpeleen Lampoe Oy and Rautjarven Vuokratalot Oy. Bids are requested for the following types of work: 1. Plumbing and installations2. Ventilation works and installations3. HVAC adjustment and measurement work4. Refrigeration equipment installations5. Oil and gas burner works6. Air heat pump works7. Device repairs and maintenance8. Kilometer billing The contract period is two years + one option year (2+1). The contract period starts and ends on January 1, 2026 31/12/2027. The use of the possible option period (January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028) will be decided separately. Contract prices are fixed until 31 December 2026. The prices will be checked for the year 2027 and for the possible option year 2028 to correspond to the change in the cost level that occurred during the contract period. Price changes is calculated based on the change in the total index of the construction cost index (2021=100). The change is calculated as the January 2026 index as a starting value, which is compared to the latest available index. The Rautjarvi municipality's habitat board will be selected for the framework contract from the bidders that meet the customer's requirements. by decision, a maximum of 5 contractors based on the comparison criteria according to the call for tenders. During the contract period, the bidder who performed best in the bid comparison will be asked first.
