Description:
Rautjärvi municipality's environment services are requesting bids for mechanical work for the Rautjärvi municipal corporation for the years 2026 - 2028. The procurement organization includes Rautjärvi municipality, Rautjärven Vesi, Simpeleen Lämpö Oy and Rautjärven Vuokratalot Oy. Bids the following machines are requested:1. Wheel loaders2. Tractor excavators and backhoe loaders3. Wheeled excavators4. Tracked MINI excavators (working weight less than 7t)5. Tracked MIDI excavators (working weight less than 7-12t)6. Roller coasters excavators (working weight over 12t)7. Small tractors (power less than 50 hp)8. Medium-sized tractors (power 50-150 hp)9. Large tractors (power over 150 hp)10. Truck (3-axle)11. Truck (4 axles)12. Truck (5 axles)13. Other machines and equipment The contract period is two years + one option year (2+1). The contract period starts on 1 January 2026 and ends on 31 December 2027. The use of the possible option period (January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028) will be decided separately. Contract prices are fixed until 31 December 2026. Prices will be checked for the year 2027 and the possible option year 2028 to correspond to the cost level change that occurred during the contract period. Price changes are calculated based on the change in the total index of the land construction cost index (2020=100). The change is calculated January 2026 index as a starting value, which is compared to the latest available index.
