Description:
Rautjarvi municipality's environment services are requesting bids for machine work for the Rautjarvi municipal group for the years 2026 - 2028. The procurement organization includes Rautjarvi municipality, Rautjarven Vesi, Simpeleen Lampoe Oy and Rautjarven Vuokratalot Oy. Bids are requested for the following machines: 1. Wheel loaders2. Tractor excavators and backhoe loaders3. Wheeled excavators4. Tracked MINI excavators (working weight less than 7t)5. Tracked MIDI excavators (working weight less than 7-12t)6. Tracked excavators (working weight over 12t)7. Small tractors (power less than 50 hp)8. Medium sized tractors (power 50-150 hp)9. Large tractors (power over 150 hp)10. Truck (3-axle)11. Truck (4 axles)12. Truck (5 axles)13. Other machines and equipment The contract period is two years + one option year (2+1). The contract period starts on 1 January 2026 and ends on 31 December 2027. Possible option period (1.1.2028 - 31.12.2028) will be decided separately. Contract prices are fixed until 31 December 2026. The prices will be checked for the year 2027 and for the possible option year 2028 to correspond to the change in the cost level that occurred during the contract period. Price changes are calculated using the land construction cost index (2020=100) based on the change in the overall index.
