Description:
The electronic country report service is procured mainly for use by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The service's potential users (about 90% of use) are about 1,400 employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Access to the electronic country report service will, however, be available to the entire Government (ministries, the Office of the Chancellor of Justice and Office of the President of the Republic). The total number of subscribers is around 5,200. A change in the number of users has no effect on the contract price. The customer's personnel have the right to access the service maintained by the supplier, where the supplier regularly publishes the reports defined in this request for tender. Access is enabled either by IP identification or Single sign on organizational identification or by another login method managed by the supplier, which ensures that only the subscriber's authorized users can use the service. The service link is published on the subscriber's intranet as well as on other internal websites of the Government Council, where data materials acquired for the use of the Government Council are presented to the personnel. The subscriber has the right to offer the service for use both on the premises of ministries and units and for remote use. The country reports obtained from the service must include information compiled by experts on the political situation and economy of each country.
