- Rautjarvi municipality's habitat services are requesting bids for land to be acquired for the Rautjarvi municipal group for the years 2026 - 2028. The procurement organization includes Rautjarvi municipality, Rautjarven Vesi, Simpeleen Lampoe Oy and Rautjarven Vuokratalot Oy. The contract period is two years + one option year (2+1). The contract period starts on 1 January 2026 and ends on 31 December 2027. The use of the possible option period (January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028) will be decided separately. Offer prices are fixed until 31 December 2027. The prices are revised for the possible option year 2028 for the cost level change that occurred during the contract period correspondingly. Price changes are calculated based on the change in the total index of the land construction cost index (2020=100). The change is calculated with the January 2026 index as the starting value. by the decision of Rautjarvi municipality's habitat board, a maximum of 5 contractors will be selected from the eligible bidders based on the comparison criteria in the call for tenders. During the contract period, the bidder who performed best in the bid comparison will be asked first. If, based on the offer comparison, the one that ranked first it is not possible for the bidder to carry out the requested work task, the second-placed person is asked, etc. The offer must be valid for services offered from January 1, 2026 at the latest. The billing period is 3 weeks. Delivered materials must be invoiced within three weeks of delivery, payment condition 14 days...
