• The Vantaanjoki and Helsinki Region Water Protection Association VHVSY is responsible for the joint monitoring of the water quality of the Vantaanjoki and its tributaries, as well as the joint monitoring of the wastewater treatment plants in the operating area (excluding HSY's treatment plants). The association also coordinates with this currently joint observations of the groundwater of the capital region and Tuusula and Hyvinkää. Water, groundwater and wastewater samples taken by the Water Protection Association must be analyzed in a laboratory accredited by FINAS accreditation services. Subject to acquisition are the laboratory research services used by the Vantaanjoki and Helsinki region's water protection association for the joint observations described above and the related free advice in Finnish. We ask for your offer for the years 2026-2027 and, as an option, the years 2028-2029 from the analysis of water, wastewater, sludge and groundwater samples. Analytics and preliminary numbers of analyzes at the annual level appear in the attached table of the tender request. The final quantities of samples may vary annually in the attached table of the request for tender as described. For this reason, a framework contract is made for the procurement. Additional samples can come, for example, through the association's stormwater, groundwater, agriculture and forestry water conservation and diffuse load reduction projects.
