Description:
The subject of the agreement is the framework arrangement of one supplier, within which the customer handles most of its software license purchases. Exceptions are licenses that have their own framework arrangements, such licenses that the manufacturer sells itself directly to universities, as well as licenses related to many information systems. The design and construction of the information systems themselves are not part of this framework arrangement. The goal of the agreement is to reduce the cost of acquiring software licenses in higher education institutions the amount of work to be used and keeps the purchase prices reasonable. The product basket used in comparing offers is only intended for comparing offers, and it does not limit which licenses can be acquired through this framework arrangement. the pricing of licenses acquired through the framework arrangement must follow the same principles.
