Description:
This supplier register has been established for tenders concerning the resale of Carunan Software and resale-related services, where the anticipated value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold value according to the Procurement Act for Special Sectors.
Within the scope of this supplier register, Caruna haswith the aim of acquiring the rights to use stock and other ready-made software (hereinafter referred to as "software products") needed by Caruna, as well as the related implementation, support and maintenance services of the software manufacturer by making the necessary agreements with the resellers and, if necessary, the software productswith husbands.
The subject of internal bidding in the supplier register can be both licenses for traditional software products that are installed in Caruna's server, cloud and terminal environment, as well as access rights for cloud services (Software as a Service - Saas) produced over the network.
Procurementthese software products may already be in use by Caruna, in which case the purchase need is due to, for example, the additional license needs of the application in question, the license terms, a change in the usage volume, the running platform or the like, or the maintenance required by an up-to-date version. In this case, the reporterinternal tendering within the register
may target a named software product. The choice can be made between different software products, if it is possible....
