Description:
North Karelia's welfare area, Siu sote requests to submit an offer for residential remodeling services and business premises remodeling services in accordance with the Disability Services and Social Care Act for Siu sote for the contract period 01.02.2026 - 01.31.2029 + one year option. Procurement applies to Siu sote's west region (Polvijarvi, Outokumpu, Heinavesi, Liperi). This procurement does not apply to construction works or construction contracts according to the framework contract arrangement for construction works (year 2024 2026). The procurement must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations and regulations issued by the authorities.
