Description:
The subject of the procurement is restaurant services for the cultural center Korund and Arktikum located in Rovaniemi. Korund's restaurant services include: 1) restaurant services for the public during performances 2) meeting and event catering 3) other restaurant services (cafe and lunch food service and on-demand restaurant services). Arktikum's restaurant services include: 1) meeting and event catering 2) other restaurant services (cafe and lunch food service and on-demand restaurant services). Additional information: Competitors the facilities of the sites will be presented to willing bidders on 27 April 2026 at: 15:00-17:00. The tour starts in Arktikum, after which we move on to introduce Korundi. The bidder must register for the target tours by email to heli.huhanantti@korundi.fi 27.4.2026 at: by 12:00. The participants of the rounds must be disclosed when registering. 1-2 people/company can participate in the presentation round, and participation in them is desirable, but not mandatory. Participation does not affect the possibility to leave offer. During the presentation round, it is not possible to ask questions related to the tender package. Questions must be submitted through tägöpalvelu.fi.
