Description:
The Turku City Museum is starting a project to renew the dioramas of the Biological Museum. The goal of the project is to comprehensively restore all 13 nature dioramas of the museum, preserving their original appearance and spirit. Bidders will be given the opportunity to get to know each other to the target (dioramas) of the request for tenders at the following times:- Thu 13.11. from 13:00 to 15:00 - Friday 14.11. from 10 am to 12 pm - Tue 18.11. from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Registration for the introductory visit by phone or e-mail by 10 November 2025. Contact information 044-9024997 or maria.louna-korteniemi@turku.fi. According to the schedule, the project will restore 2-3 dioramas per year. We are asking for your offers for dioramas restoration services. The procurement contract is concluded in such a way that first a fixed-term contract of one (1) year is concluded, which after the contract can be extended for two (2) option periods, the first of which lasts two (2) years and the second three (3) years. The first option period can be implemented by the Subscriber's decision. The supplier has the right to terminate the contract earlier the beginning of the second option period as stipulated in the contract.
