- The City Environmental Services of the City of Oulu (also "Subscriber") will request your bid for the restoration work of the areas that have been removed from the peat production in the peat production in the peatuo and the Miehonsuo as a unit -based price contract in accordance with this offer document and its attachment documents. The restoration work includes clearing of trees from sarchers, wetland construction, ditches, making dam structures, watering areas, raising/aligning roads, and planting experiments. The invitation to tender is conditional depending on whether the TUPAS2 project will receive JTF funding during spring 2025.
