• This is a contract procurement below the national threshold value. The urban environmental services of the city of Oulu, the TUPAS2 project requests your offer for the restoration works of the peat production areas in Haarasuo (hereinafter also the "customers") for this call for tenders and its attachments as a total contract based on unit price. In addition to the total price, unit prices must be given for the supplies according to the quantity and unit price list, procedure-specific implementation/machine work and possible additions/changes. The offer the total price must be based on the quantities and litters according to the quantity and unit price lists. The given transcripts may not be changed or other new transcripts may not be included in the offer. Restoration works include e.g. construction of wetlands, hauling areas, digging conduit ditches, building dam embankments, implementing stone bottom dams and blocking ditches.
