- ADVANCE NOTICE Stara, the construction services company of the city of Helsinki, will tender the procurement package of the asphalt paving works of the urban infrastructure construction department and the urban infrastructure maintenance department in early 2026. The procurement entity consists of six independent and separate of the paving contract to be tendered. The predicted value of any individual contract does not exceed the EU threshold value, but the total predicted value of the contracts to be tendered in the procurement package exceeds the EU threshold value set for construction contracts. CITY-INFRA MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT JK/PP ROAD RE-COVERING WORKS 2026 This advance notice concerns the procurement of the contract for the resurfacing of separate pedestrian and bicycle paths of Stara's urban infrastructure maintenance department for the period 1.5. - 31 August 2026. The contract area includes the sites of Stara's city infrastructure maintenance jk-/pp roads resurfacing work program in the entire city area.
