Description : The procurement concerns to the rewinding or the replacement of the generator stator of the Keljonlahti power plant, owned and operated by Jyväskylän Voima Oy, Jyväskylä, Finland.
Alternative 1, Rewinding of the generator stator:
The rewinding is to be done on site.
The scope of the supply of the contractor contains all necessary works, materials and services like producing the new winding bars, disassembly of the generator unit for rewinding, removal of the existing stator windings, conditioning of the slots and the core for rewinding, winding of the stator, general overhaul of generator complete including rotor and brushless exciter, assembly of the generator unit to operational condition, with all necessary design and side works, all in the letter and spirit of full turn-key type service.
The winding bars shall be produced and delivered to the site in advance to the rewinding. The rewinding is to be carried during the scheduled summer revision period of year 2022 subsequent to the delivery of the winding bars.
Alternative 2, Replacing existing wound stator core:
