- We at Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy (Hydrogen Networks Ltd) as the Contracting Authority are the Finnish gas TSO and network operator responsible for gas transmission. Our task is to provide Finnish industry and companies with safe, reliable and cost-effective gas transmission. We safeguard Finland's security of supply and energy independence. Mandated by the Finnish government, we are building a national, cross-border hydrogen infrastructure. Our goal is to connect a large percentage of Finland's industrial customers to this infrastructure by 2030.To support our strategy and to reach our goal, we are currently seeking for partners to provide us with commercial services such as (but not limited to these):• Business model development and analysis • System modelling • Economic value modelling• Financial model development and financial analysis (new or existing model) • Regulatory and legal review on gas transmission and gas market• Insurance and risk analysis • Tax analysis At this stage, we are particularly interested in dialogues with key market players to develop the contract scoping and tendering procedure to start on 09/2025.
