OBJECT OF THE RFI Yleisradio Oy (later “Yle”) is preparing a public tender of technical capability in collecting and managing customer behavioral data. This request for information is aimed to enter discourse with interested parties, and gather information for tender purposes. Attached to this RFI are the following appendices: Appendix 1 Customer interaction event tracking and data management platform Appendix 2 Requirements / Customer interaction event tracking and data management platform These appendices are also available by request, please send a request by email to tarjoukset.yle@yle.fi. INTERESTED? Interested suppliers are invited to take part in the market dialogue. We would kindly request that you complete appendix 2 (Requirements) and submit it via email to tarjoukset.yle@yle.fi at latest by 5th of August 2024. In your response, please ensure to include the following information: 1. A short company presentation 2. Description of the solution you provide 3. General terms and conditions, including data protection agreement and service level agreement (if there is one, alternatively service levels), of your company. OTHER MATTERS NOTE: With this EU Prior information notice Yle is not asking for offers. Also, it is not necessary for a supplier to participate in the RFI in order to later participate in the procurement procedure.
