- OBJECT OF THE RFI With this Request for Information (RFI), Yleisradio Oy (later “Yle”) is seeking information from suppliers regarding expert services to International assignments and their taxation. The purpose of this RFI is to gather insights and proposals that will help Yle to map the market for the different options available in the market. Yle has employees (correspondents) commissioned from Finland to several countries. Expert services are needed to support both the company and the employees in managing posted worker-s employment, payroll (shadow payroll), social security, tax, etc. In addition to posted workers, expertise in foreign labour legislation and tax law is occasionally needed for other types of workers, such as foreign freelancers coming to work in Finland and temporary workers hired by Yle abroad on a "locum" basis. The service provider must have a network of expertise in all countries relevant to Yle. These countries at present include Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Kenya, Russia, Sweden, and the USA.
