Description:
The HUS group asked for offers for 5-6 mm resectoscopes used in gynecological procedures. The goal was to use the competition to get safe and reliable devices into the selection. The goal was also that the delivery reliability of the devices is good and supplies are available when needed. As an option, we were asked to offer the option of renting a resectoscope. In addition, during the contract period, products belonging to the product groups covered by the contract can be purchased in accordance with the anticipated value of the purchase, which are not specified in the product appendix (see draft procurement contract). Procurements are made on a need-by-need basis and the procurement unit does not commit to an order quantity. The contract period is 2 years, after which the contract continues indefinitely joint procurement of the procurement unit, which is implemented as a procurement ring. The products requested in this request for tender will be used by: HUS-yhtymä (HUS) and Kymenlaakso welfare area. Device-related consumables are so-called flow-through products that are ordered from HUS's ordering system, delivered to HUS's central warehouse in Uutistie, Vantaa, and distributed through HUS's central warehouse to HUS's and Kymenlaakso's offices.
