• Description:
• The City of Riihimaki and the welfare area of ​​Kanta-Hame (hereinafter referred to as the "contracting entity" or "subscriber") request tenders for recurring and regular transportation of school and preschool pupils, day care, and elderly and disabled clients. Transportation is organizedmainly for upper and primary schools, action center for people with disabilities and day care for the elderly. The procurement does not include business and recreational trips under the Social Welfare Act and the Disability Services Act. The subscriber is responsible for planning traffic routes and schedules according to the procurement.
  There are eleven (11) items in accordance with the definition of the competition items in the Annex.
  The contract period is fixed-term 1.1.2026-31.12.2029. The agreement contains the possibility of one (2) year option. The option period refers to the possibility of extending the contract under original terms. OptionThe commissioning is decided by the subscriber independently twelve (12) months before the start of the option. The option period will be enabled by the subscriber's written notice.
  The contracting entity does not commit to certain acquisitions and does not constitute the exclusive right of the service provider to procureimplementation.
  One (1) supplier per sub -unit is selected as the contract supplier.
